Some people asked for a feature, which would allow them to quickly distinguish projects with "Abandon/Broken" from other projects. We recognized that this is a really important problem to solve, therefore we added ribbons to thumbnails on https://steemprojects.com/projects/

Idea: Users dont need to care about Live/released projects. Only other states should be displayed. Im proposing showing this state by label with color.
Whats the defference between retired and abandoned?

Whats the defference between retired and abandoned?

Retired is when a software is no longer needed because of changes in the ecosystem. For example, a browser extension which would count for you whether you have not exceeded a limit of 4 posts a day.

This limitation was removed from Steem, so extension is no longer needed, but author of application did abandoned a project.

I am not sure about that. I will introduce later a possibility to filter projects, also by a status. So if a user would like to filter projects which are live/beta/alpha - I guess then a user would like to see all statuses..
