Magento 1.9 Custom Contact form module. This module is intended to be used as a base module to any custom changes to the default magento contact page form. This module already implements a captcha on the contact form. To enable the captcha on this form, go to Store > Configuration > Customers > Customers Configuration > Captcha and select Wdarking Contacts Page.
