Subclasses of TLPhotoPicker that have multiple sections will crash when PHPhotoLibraryChangeObserver updates collectionview if section 0 is not the expected photos section.
Removed hard-coding section to 0 in 'photoLibraryDidChange'. using last section in collectionView instead.
