Add hello world in Python for Hacktoberfest

Hi Maintainers,

This PR adds a simple "Hello World" program in Python to the repository as part of my Hacktoberfest 2025 contributions.

• The script is named hello_from_somenjeet.py under the Python directory.
• It prints a friendly message to celebrate Hacktoberfest.
