This PR is just to show a basic functioning agent integrating pipecat-ai + talking head. Despite being good in terms of UX, this kind of integration is not suitable for us because the logic is not centralized and doens't allow fully exploiting pipecat-ai functionalities (e.g., for collecting the session audio data)
