Windows support

Fixed a few issues with Windows, tested to make sure that serial and web workflow connections work and config file works

Fixed and tested many commands, added a few new ones (see Changelog)

quiet flag, new commands

New flag -q to avoid all superfluous output

new command erase_fs which erases the flash filesystem

Now supports pushing to PyPI and installing via
