Removes [qs](https://github.com/ljharb/qs). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [qs](https://github.com/ljharb/qs), [jest](https://github.com/jestjs/jest/tree/HEAD/packages/jest) and [ts-jest](https://github.com/kulshekhar/ts-jest). These dependencies need to be updated together.
