Someone that has and knows how to use Quarto, can you test if the twitter and meetup links are actually hidden once the page is compiled? |

Sorry for the delay!
Can confirm the links are mostly hidden; Meetup is still there, but I like that it's further down, flagged as "Optionally," and still available for people who can't otherwise immediately get into the slack
(we clearly need to be better about maintaining the Meetup)

Fixes #105. No need to generate special invite links that expire. Point people directly to the self-signup page.
Also hid some links to dormant outreach channels such as twitter and Meetup.
