Added two files from release-download-directory to pull data from neo4j instead of mysql.

PathwaySummationMapping:

  • created pathway2summation with the same logic from release-download-directory

HumanPathwaysWithDiagrams:

  • created the humanPathwaysWithDiagrams with the same logic from release-download-directory
  • had to query from neo4j and then check if the json for that pathway ID exists and then filtering it if all the values of the attribute "renderedClass" is in an excluded list
