Bumps a couple of dependency that are out of date in the Snitch cluster and either require to resolve the version manually with bender or are even incompatible with other IPs:
axi_riscv_atomics: Only used in the testbench in front of the simulation memoryfpnew: I believe the new CVA6 version of cheshire (since treewide: Update CVA6 topulp-v2and add vCLIC support cheshire#236) has a vendoredfpnewthat is incompatible with the one here.Furthermore, I added the
.gitsuffix to all the dependency urls, since bender distinguishes between, which complicates version resolvement and blows up diffs unnecessarily.
