Each section's index.qmd now includes:

• Overview - Purpose and standards context (e.g., CDISC compliance for SDTM/ADaM)
• Examples catalog - Organized list with descriptions and links to individual examples
• Key packages - Links to relevant pharmaverse package documentation
• Getting started - What to expect in each example

Sections updated

• SDTM - 3 domain examples (DM, AE, VS)
• ADaM - 7 dataset examples (ADSL, ADAE, ADVS, ADRS, ADTTE, ADPC, ADPPK)
• TLG - 3 output types (demographic, adverse events, pharmacokinetic)
• Documents - 2 generators (DOCX, PowerPoint AutoSlider)
• Interactive - Teal framework applications
• Logs - Logging implementation for audit trails
• eSubmission - ADRG and regulatory submission preparation

Consistent structure across all landing pages for easier navigation.
