Fixes required:

• move the new UDL file into the correct folder
• fix the JSON to not have the autoCompletion and autoCompletionAuthor tags if you haven't supplied an autoCompletion file (which you haven't)

• I have hopefully corrected the udl-list.json correctly
• For the fix it was also requested to move the new UDL into the correct folder. Unfortunately I don't know from which to which folder I should move the UDL?

The folder called UDLs, where all the other udl XML files are.
