Confirming Ablation Region Workflow

Documents the workflow used to confirm that the annotated post-MRI mask was mapped to the correct space.

Merge checklist

Maintainer, please confirm the following before merging:

  • All comments resolved
  • This is not your own PR
  • All CIs are happy
  • PR title starts with [MRG]
  • whats_new.rst is updated
  • PR description includes phrase "closes <#issue-number>"
  • Commit history does not contain any merge commits
  • If a new workflow is being added in Snakemake, is PIPELINE_DESCRIPTION.md updated?
  • If a new workflow is being added, does it dry-run at least?
