This workshop provides you the basics of excel and some intermediate techniques of data inspection and preparation for GIS or data science project. Previously, the DUSPViz team has complied overviews, tips, tricks, and functions in an Excel Worksheet. It is highly recommended to go through this worksheet before the workshop. As a tutorial and a case study, we will look into some Airbnb listings in Boston Area. The completion of this workshop will provide the following key learning points:
