Azure Pipelines will not run the associated pipelines, because the pull request was updated after the run command was issued. Review the pull request again and issue a new run command. |

Update network isolation policy to permissive, without this the push to nuget.org step was being blocked. Also removed unused variables, since these variables are already set in the pipeline UI.
