This mods and additions allows the script to download, install and manage the Julia programming language and the communication between Python and Julia. The additions also includes the new LNLS-FAC (julia) simulation packages: Track.jl and SiriusModels.jl.
I runned tests in: Linux Ubuntu 22.04 (~WSL Windows 11). The script failed to execute the installation of "jupyter_contrib_nbextensions". Im not sure why... The packages Jupyter, Notebook, Jupyter_client and the other dependencies seems to be working normally.
