ChargingManager: generation of composite schedules and profiles #9

cleans up the ChargingScheduleManager abstract class (now ChargingManager for brevity) and related code
improves support for extending it into subclasses specific to each version of the OCPP protocol, making sure that the proper nomenclature is used (evse vs. connector)
adds support for generating OCPP composite charging schedules based on stored profiles
adds support for generating OCPP "composite" charging profiles based on stored profiles
