This pull request updates all instances of URLs containing /en in the base domain fortran-lang.org throughout the repository. These links have been changed to remove the /en segment, correcting the URLs to point directly to the root domain https://fortran-lang.org. This ensures correct navigation and avoids broken or misdirected links on the site.
