DiscontinuousElementdid not set aref_complexattribute, nor implementedget_reference_complex().This PR initializes the basic attributes of
DiscontinuousElementby callingFiniteElement.__init__. We do not want to callCiarletElement.__init__here, as it will retrigger the solution of the Vandermonde system.
