* Add extension of coefficients to allow union of polysets with different degrees * remove orthonormal as seems to be no longer necessary * Remove further orthonormals
* Make hashing of quadrature rules safe * Also remove some uses of deprecated `@abstractproperty` and gives cells and point sets `repr()`s. * Add safe_repr function to handle floating point types
* More general macro Constraints * Fine grained CkPolynomialSet * Test C2 on the double Alfeld split
