… algae collect more accurate using similar code from new scoop removal method. Deprecated old CollectAlgaeReef files. Needs cleanup

Removes algae off the reef without having to collect and eject. Adjusted normal reef collect to use same sequence of algae scoop removal since it was more accurate. Merged both into ScoopCmd and deprecated unnecessary files. Cleanup needed
