Welcome to the project Disaster and First Response - Emergency Medical Service System (dfremss)
The project dfremss will be a software for emergency and disaster rescue based on a PHP web application similar to the look of Nextcloud or Odoo with a core and the basic modules expandable with additional modules.
The project is based on open source and should therefore be available to everyone in the world free of charge and easy to install and host.
The core of the software includes
- The login area
- The administration area
The basic modules include
- the operations management and situation centre
- Patient admission and medical documentation
- The dispatcher module for administration, general calls and emergency calls
- Personnel planning and administration, as well as first responders and external forces
- Public portal for retrieving patient records
- Module for crisis communication in emergencies with emergency services
