This pull request introduces three significant updates to the SDK:

  • Migration to TypeScript: The project has been migrated to TypeScript.
  • SDK Name Update: The SDK name has been updated to include the @ebay prefix, changing from event-notification-nodejs-sdk to @ebay/event-notification-nodejs-sdk.
  • Exporting Constants: The constants file has been made importable, allowing consumers of the SDK to utilize predefined constants directly
