cagent static builds fail on debian bookworm because of incompatible clang version.
_Float16requires clang 17/18+.Edit: also need update of osxcross to 15.5 in compose to align with upstream: https://github.com/docker/compose/blob/8b769bad6b3a036ae06df50b46bb05319bb6b900/Dockerfile#L31
