updates yarn.lock that started breaking when doing
yarn install- the reason is unclear: It was passing with same lock file then started failing all of a sudden on CI and local, but hoping the update of the lock file should clear the error.The repo is in need of some overdue maintenance anyhow - there are many files that are not compiling in TypeScript, and updating cli-style reveals a lot of broken linting and TS rules.
