As I'm working in my TWOFCS slides, I realized the cases that have been turned into full Cyclus input files should be merged into the Cyclus repo.

Right now, they also contain the nuclear material accounting reports generated in Code 10 labelled format via Cntaur as well as associated files, MBA file and material description codes. Unless anyone disagrees, I think those should be pulled out and moved to another repo. Probably owned by CNERG or me?

Should also add README and more info about cases beyond just input files, etc

Github is having a hard time with this PR - maybe too many files? Should we PR them one case at a time?

It's the code 10 reports, because there is a report for each month for each MBA for each case. If you agree that the code 10 stuff should go somewhere else, pulling them out of the PR will take us back down to only a few files per case

I think I remember that you had scripts to generate these cases, especially getting all the pseudo-MBA stuff right? I wonder if we should PR those scripts rather than the XML? or both?

Sorry to butt in here as you're still in draft mode. I was just curious during TWoFCS and went to check this out.
Is it possible to beef up the readme (maybe we some of the TWoFCS abstract content) and add a license file to this repo for posterity?
