This PR adds a new section titled "Potential BIDS-related Projects" to the
collaboration/index.mdpage, in response to Issue #620.The section encourages the community to explore and propose new BIDS-related tools, workflows, and integration projects. It also links to the issue for further discussions and contributions.
As a GSoC 2025 applicant interested in project #39, I wanted to contribute something useful while familiarizing myself with the BIDS ecosystem. I hope this helps to increase the visibility of new project ideas!
