  • Update Tcl/Tk 8.6.14 -> 9.0.3
  • Build Tcl/Tk without the zipfs feature (homebrew also builds without this feature)
  • Backport support for Tcl/Tk 9.0 to Python 3.10 and 3.11. 3.12 and above already have support.
