Per our managers' cleanup of stale README docs, I've done the following:

  1. linked the readme/tech-radar-sort script with explanations
  2. removed the outdated section on mobile development contributions (now in their respective repos)
  3. removed/repaired broken links in the art, editorial and knowledge share sections

It occurred to me that we likely haven't used the tech radar sorting script in a while, and it made massive changes when I tried it, so I'll leave it for now in case it's out of date. The Platform Practice members have been working on maintaining it and I'll mention it at our next meeting.

Had to undo those changes to the package lock file I didn't mean to commit.

I left a couple of questions. Otherwise it looks great!

Any reason for removing Ruby, but not Scala?

I was only really looking for the dead links, not editorializing on whether anything else should be included. If we think these pages could use a refresh rather than just a cleanup of dead content, I'd love to open it up as a separate PR and maybe solicit input from the wider group.

Nevermind, I think this was from the pre-commit hook.
