Very cool.
Small suggestion (feel free to ignore if you feel strongly): readSelection implies "read it." which doesn't necessarily imply "give me" which I would maybe lean towards getSelection.

It can be useful for a plugin to request the current selection content.
If
readSelectionaction is received, it reads the prosemirror current selection and sends it back via asendSelectionmessage. Of course, this operates on the prosemirror dom (and not the "aem" dom).
