So, i'm added an IRCv3 message tags capability:

It shows/sends the typing indicator on supported clients.
It has an reduced/individual penalty to prevent lags or flooding disconnects.
Fully IRCv3 compatible...

An typing indicator example are here:

By writing: @+typing=active
On pause: @+typing=paused
If line complete: @+typing=done


          Added message tags again, typing indicator works now correctly
