- Fixed rust side for new quinn version
- Made player nametags always visible
- Added chunk sending for lua send_data, which allows vehicles to update for players when large vehicle configs are used
* Add missing parameters "shadow, useZ"

I'm not seeing anything wrong in the PR. I can't test it myself, but considering the current version of KissMP is completely broken - I'm merging |
