This allows the scripts to also be executed from the top-level as ./scripts/Setup.sh or .\scripts\Setup.bat

This is the fourth and final in a series of PRs to clean up the build of Walnut-Chat Headless on Linux.
This PR fixes an incorrect file path in the build for Linux that prevents it from being successful.
It also ensures some auto-generated files from premake5 are ignored by Git and enables setup.sh to be executable from the initial checkout of Walnut. Finally, it makes Setup.bat and Setup.sh work when executed from any folder such as the top-level of the repo.
I have this PR as a draft for the moment as it depends on the following PR to be complete:

Once that has been approved, I'd like to update this PR to point to the updated commits before this is merged.
