The go.mod file specifies go 1.23.0, which uses the three-component version format introduced in Go 1.21. The CI was using Go 1.19 which doesn't support this format, causing the build to fail with: "invalid go version '1.23.0': must match format 1.23" Updated the CI workflow to use Go 1.23, which properly supports the three-component go version format in go.mod.
