Update's DBFlow to 3.1.1. Uses the new
FastStoreModelTransactionon the simple address items, which is the fastest way to store data in DBFlow.Also set
orderedCursorLookupin each table so that loading fromCursoris on same level as greenDAODont cache
AddressBookitems in complex load for DBFlow.
