Implement relationship field support in generated WhereInput types to enable access control filters that traverse relationships. Relationship fields now generate proper Prisma-style filter syntax: - One-to-one/many-to-one: Direct nested WhereInput - One-to-many/many-to-many: Object with some/every/none filters This unblocks common access control patterns like filtering by related entity properties (e.g., Student.account.user.id). Fixes #290
