How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as volunteer/admin/owner user
5. go to dashboard
6. Confirm that the Leaderboard looks good in desktop, tablet, mobile
7. Add Intangible Time Entry
8. Confirm that the intangible time entry shows in bold and blue
