Main changes explained:

• Updated the Material Summary Jsx and Material Summary Css file.

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. Visit the following pages and verify that the logic remains unchanged: http://localhost:5173/MaterialSummary
6. Verify if the Dashboard is Standard and verify the Material Summary page in Dark Mode.
