This frontend PR is related to the development backend PR.

Main changes explained:

Added specific text colors for each VIBGYOR color:

• Violet (color-0): White text (dark background)
• Indigo (color-1): White text (very dark background)
• Blue (color-2): White text (dark background)
• Green (color-3): Black text (bright background)
• Yellow (color-4): Black text (bright background)
• Orange (color-5): Black text (medium background)
• Red (color-6): White text (dark background)

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to http://localhost:3000/prPromotionsPage and click on promotion.
6. verify the PR numbers are visible for all color shades
