Update references from "Configure as Code" to "Version Control"

This PR updates the Octopus documentation to update terminology by replacing mentions of "Configuration as Code" (and its variations like CaC) with "Version Control."

Key changes:

• Replaced terminology
• Updated URLs and paths to reflect new naming conventions
• Implemented redirects for renamed pages to avoid broken links
