[FINNA-4083] Unify list based templates

Adds new components:

• finna-holdings/table.phtml Component which renders a table for holdings
• finna-holdings/location-and-link.phtml Component which renders a row for table with location text and link button
• finna-list/saved-in.phtml Component which renders all the lists record has been saved into.

Removed reservation-list specific styles littlebit.
