Added a warning about deprecation and alternative command.
I corrected the scan logic description for Record 9 by removing the incorrect sequence creation statement and updating the s1 evaluation to reflect that the Start condition is not met. I also fixed minor capitalization issues for consistency in lines 487 and 548.
