Instead of passing it during construction, it can be passed (and overridden) later when it is actually needed by the code.
Move the file in a subdirectory, adjust all usages.

This PR will continue the abstraction of DB handling that has already been introduced with
FilterHelper(nowDataFilter) andSortHelper.
