Rationale

  • Update base images and packages to use Java 25.
  • remove ssl cipher settings that will be included in the jar as of LabKey Server 26.1 (per https://github.com/LabKey/kanban/issues/1444)
  • add check for AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID before running optional aws commands to set up image tags, so vanilla make build and make up will 'just work'
