The nginx caching changes for admin pages have been moved to a separate issue (#1946) due to multi-tenant security concerns that require careful review. This PR now only contains the TEMPLATES_AUTO_RELOAD changes. Signed-off-by: Mihai Criveti <crivetimihai@gmail.com>
