An attempt to create a custom ruleset for the Runner Hub.

To test a copy of the rules:

• Go to the code tab above.
• Click on the green 'Clone or Download' button and select 'Download Zip'.
• Extract the folder from the zip archive somewhere convenient for yourself.
• Start chummer5 and click the 'Tools->Options' menu item and then select the 'Optional Rules' tab.
• Click the 'Add Directory' button and add the directory that contains the previously extracted folder.
• Name the rules and then select the checkbox that appears in the list with that name. Be aware that there may be previous versions of RunnerHub Rules included with your chummer5. Make sure that you have selected the set with the path that matches your extracted folder.
• Test things by building characters, etc.
