- Add Norwegian (no) translations for frontend, backend, and mobile app - Update frontend i18n configuration with Norwegian flag (NO), calendar locale (nb), and date locale - Update mobile i18n configuration to register Norwegian language - Add Norwegian backend messages (messages_no_NO.properties) - Add Norwegian mail messages (mailMessages_no_NO.properties) This expands Atlas CMMS language support from 14 to 15 languages, making it accessible to Norwegian-speaking users (~5.5M speakers).
