Adds the
fetchPR.bashandpushPR.bashscripts. ThefetchPR.bashscript makes it easy to grab the branch for a PR from the contributor's origin repo for testing. ThepushPR.bashscript makes it easy to push changes back the PR branch in the contributor's origin (assuming they have given the maintainers rights to do so.)
