Kasa-Tapo Hubitat Built-in

This is the distribution repository for the Hubitat Built-In Kasa/Tapo Integration capability.

Released for Hubitat Version 2.4.4a. Changes:

1. Integrated the community Tapo Integration into this integration to create Kasa/Tapo Integration.
2. Updated Kasa Integration data for consistency with the new Kasa/Tapo Integration.
3. Updated Start Page to add-in Matter and Tapo-specific paragraphs.
4. Updated Scan for Devices to find Tapo as well as Kasa Devices.
5. Update updateDevice routines to be consistent between the Kasa and Tapo devices.
6. Update updateDevice routines to be consistent between the Kasa and Tapo devices.
7. Added "Display Quick Start" for important information for new users. Users are BAD at reading instructions.
