feat/platform-1923: updated revalidate behaviour

• updated get method to always return null to trigger each time revalidate
• removed deleting updating items in s3/dynamo from revalidate worker endpoint, since nextjs cache strategy covers that now
• removed origin response lambda, and moved expire logic check to request origin lambda, since we already know all necessary data and can route to s3 vs to render server which will refresh page in the cache and return generated result
• updated index for dynamo db table
• fixed path to package types
